Restful and restorative classes in South East London.
Classes are led by Mary Elliott, inspired by many years as a psychotherapist working with children and teenagers and informed by Teen Yoga and Imagine Rest Yoga yoga training.
Yoga helps manage and reduce stress by activating the body’s rest and digest systems and bringing the stress response system into better balance.
Classes will combine gentle yoga postures, simple sequences, breath work & yoga nidra*.
*Yoga nidra is deeply restful relaxation practice, like an effortless meditation.
